What to test in any demo
- Book a 20-yard as a customer on your phone. How many taps? Does it show included tons and overage?
- Enter a scale ticket 1.4 tons over the allowance. Does the overage land on the invoice without retyping?
- Leave a can out 5 days past term. Does anything flag it, and does it bill?
- Export last month to QuickBooks. What breaks?
- Ask for the full price in writing: subscription, per-user/truck fees, card and ACH rates, setup, contract length.

At minimum: online ordering, a dispatch board with a driver app, container tracking by days on site, and billing that handles overage tons and extra days. QuickBooks sync saves month-end work.
